I HAVE A M.A.C NEW ZEALAND GIFT CARD. WHERE CAN I USE IT?
M.A.C New Zealand Gift Cards can be used at our two M.A.C standalone stores.

WHAT DELIVERY OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE AND HOW MUCH WILL DELIVERY COST?
M·A·C offer both physical and digital Gift Cards for delivery. Posted gift cards will be attached to a carrier and Delivered via Registered Post within 5 days of order approval. Physical Gift Cards can only be sent to Australian addresses. A delivery fee of $4.95 applies. Digital gift cards are delivered to your choice of email from the time order is approved and are valid for Australian and New Zealand orders.
CAN I PICK UP MY GIFT CARD ORDER AT A NOMINATED M·A·C STORE?
No, all Gift Cards orders purchased online will need to be delivered to your nominated address.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM NUMBER OF GIFT CARDS REQUIRED FOR AN ORDER?
The minimum quantity of gift cards required for an order is one (1).
ARE THERE DIFFERENT GIFT CARD DESIGNS AVAILABLE?
M·A·C offer one standard physical gift card design only and one digital gift card design. Please note, M·A·C paper gift vouchers purchased in M·A·C stores cannot be redeemed online.
WHAT IS A DIGITAL GIFT CARD AND HOW DO I REDEEM A DIGITAL GIFT CARD?
A Digital Gift Card is a M·A·C Gift Card that is delivered via an email. It works in the same way as plastic gift cards work today. You choose the amount and message. The recipient will then receive your personalised email.
HOW DO I DOWNLOAD MY M·A·C DIGITAL GIFT CARD?
Open the email received from 'M·A·C Cosmetics' on your computer or mobile device and click on the "Retrieve your Gift Card now" button.
CAN I NOMINATE ANOTHER PERSON TO RECEIVE MY GIFT CARD ORDER?
Yes. You can order your gift cards and have the order delivered to any person.
DO GIFT CARDS ORDERED FROM M·A·C EXPIRE?
Yes. M·A·C Gift cards expire 3 years from the order being placed.
WHERE CAN I REDEEM M·A·C GIFT CARDS?
M·A·C physical and digital gift cards purchased at www.maccosmetics.com.au/giftcards are redeemable online at www.maccosmetics.com.au and in Australian M·A·C stores only. Please go to https://www.maccosmetics.com.au/stores to find your closest M·A·C store. Not redeemable in M·A·C department stores or New Zealand M.A.C stores. Please note, M·A·C paper gift vouchers purchased in M·A·C stores cannot be redeemed online.

CAN I RELOAD GIFT CARDS?
No. Once a gift card has been loaded, the card's value cannot be increased.
WHAT IF A GIFT CARD IS LOST OR STOLEN?
Once gift cards are activated they should be treated like cash as lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced or refunded.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
