RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At M·A·C Cosmetics Online, your satisfaction is our guarantee.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your products purchased from M·A·C Cosmetics Online, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund or exchange within 14 days from delivery (except in the case of damaged and faulty items - see below). Your rights under this Returns & Exchanges Policy are in addition to any rights or remedies you have under law, including the Australian Consumer Law.
Online Refunds and Exchanges will be processed within 2-3 business days upon receipt. Refunds (excluding the initial delivery charge) will be made against the original debit/credit card used.
We cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used, except those covered by our Perfect Match Guarantee or which are found to be damaged or faulty. In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund will be available and will return such goods to you within 28 days of our notification.
This policy is only applicable to purchases from M·A·C Cosmetics Online; we are unable to process returns for purchases made within a partnered retail location.
Please note: there are two ways to return or exchange product(s) purchased from M·A·C Cosmetics Online:
You can return items (excluding items purchased using a MAC Pro Membership) to any free-standing M·A·C Store in Australia (excluding department stores, MECCA locations and airport locations).
(Please note: We currently cannot accept gift returns in M·A·C Stores.)
1. FIND A STORE

2. BRING IT IN
Please bring your packing slip in addition to the item(s) you are returning to your nearest M·A·C free-standing store.
Refunds and exchanges will be processed in-store. Refunds will be made against the original payment method used. You will receive a confirmation email notification when processed. It usually takes 5-7 business days for refunds to be fully processed by credit card companies.
1. Print It

Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used, except those covered by our Perfect Match Guarantee or which are found to be damaged or faulty.
2. Pack It
Items must be returned to us in their original condition at our distribution centre within 14 days of delivery (except in the case of damaged or faulty items). Carefully pack items into the box/parcel, ensuring that it is properly sealed, and that you have included within the returned parcel the original delivery note, as well as the completed RETURNS FORM, indicating whether you require a refund, exchange or replacement.

Complete the RETURNS FORM and return with the product either in-store or to our distribution centre to arrange your free return and exchange for your perfect shade. Refunds and Exchanges will only be granted for items which are returned containing a minimum of 85% of the product within 14 days from delivery.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unauthorised, altered or ineligible use of offer, and to modify or cancel any promotion due to system error or unforeseen problems. Other restrictions may apply.
Damaged / Faulty / Incorrect Items
If the goods you receive are damaged or faulty in any way, or not what you originally ordered, we will be happy to exchange the items or offer you a refund.
Please return the goods by one of the methods indicated above as soon as possible after you notice the issue. The exchange or refund will be processed accordingly.
