While we endeavour to process all orders as quickly as possible, please note shipping times with be longer during peak promotional periods. This includes, but is not limited to Gift With Purchase, AfterPay Day, Cyber Weekend, National Lipstick Day, Click Frenzy and Boxing Day. Please expect a delay of 5-8 business days during these times.
MACCosmetics.com.au orders are dispatched on business days (Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders shipped via Standard Service are dispatched in 1-2 business days after receiving. Orders shipped via Express Service placed by 11am will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. Express orders placed after 11am will be processed and shipped the next business day.

Option two - Express Delivery
Express Delivery orders must be placed before 11am. Orders are delivered within 1 business day from ship date to Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, and within 3 business days to all other locations.

Gift Card Delivery
M·A·C offer both digital and physical Gift Cards for delivery.
Digital Gift Cards are sent via email and can take up to 4 hours to be delivered to your choice of email from the time the order is approved.
Posted physical Gift Cards are sent via Australia Post. A delivery fee of $4.95 applies per order per address, tracking is not available at this time. Please note that we cannot express deliver MAC Physical Gift Cards. During peak gifting periods, posted physical Gift Card orders may take up to 14 days for delivery. To avoid disappointment during these times, please considering ordering a digital eGift Card.

DELIVERY RULES AND RESTRICTIONS
We will deliver the goods in accordance with the delivery option selected by you during the order process.
We do our best to estimate the most accurate delivery time for your convenience. For the most-up-to-date delivery information once your order has been shipped, please refer to the tracking information in your email confirmation. Simply use the tracking number provided to track your package online.
To the best of our ability, orders received by 11am, Monday to Friday, will be dispatched the same day for express delivery option and within 1-2 business days for standard delivery.
Orders are dispatched for delivery on working days only (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).
M.A.C Online does not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third party. As soon as you have received the goods, you will assume all risk in the goods.
All orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are not there to sign for your order, Australia Post will leave a notice for collection card with details of how to collect your delivery. To ensure secure and undamaged delivery of your order, Australia Post will not be able to leave your order 'hidden' at the address.
We will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address given. However we will not be liable for non-delivery or mis-delivery as a result of incorrect data entry.

To ensure that there are no mistakes with addresses and to check that our delivery company has all the correct details, we use a system that verifies your address using your postcode.
We accept orders to P.O Box addresses.
