1 How many makeup services can be booked per appointment?

A limit of 1 makeup service per appointment applies to all MAC makeup bookings.

2 What if I cannot see my preferred MAC Cosmetics Store available?

Makeup Services are available in all MAC Stores and Counters, however the option to book online is only available for selected locations. If you don’t see your preferred location available in the booking tool, find your nearest Store or Counter and call to book directly.

3 What if I cannot see my preferred time available?

Some doors may have limited makeup booking availability. If you do not see your preferred time in the booking tool, find your nearest Store or Counter and call to book your makeup service directly.

4 How do I book a last minute or urgent appointment?

For urgent or last-minute makeup bookings, find your nearest Store or Counter and call to book a MAC makeup appointment directly.

5 How far in advance can I book a makeup appointment?

The appointment booking tool allows you to book a makeup appointment up to 30 days in the future. If you would like an appointment outside of this time frame or cannot see your preferred date, please find your nearest Store or Counter and call to book a MAC makeup service directly.

6 What do I do if I need to change or cancel my MAC makeup appointment?

If you have an online My MAC Account, simply login and navigate to My Appointments. From here you can modify or cancel any upcoming MAC makeup appointments.

If you don’t have an online My My MAC Account, you can either register and follow the above steps or contact the store to modify or cancel your appointment.

7 What happens if I am late for my makeup appointment?

If you are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, the MAC Store or Counter may ask for the makeup appointment to be rescheduled.
